Hope Isimbi Ndekezi has worked in nonprofit and international development organizations for over 8 years as a finance, HR and administration professional. Her qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Social Organization Development from Saint Paul University (Canada) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kigali Independent University (Rwanda). She gained experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, procurement, compliance, audit preparation, and HR/administrative support within my previous roles such as Finance & HR Officer, Finance Manager, Accounts Payable Officer, and Bilingual Administrative Assistant.

With Her fluency in English, French, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili, Hope is a highly effective cross-cultural collaborator. She is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and she is detail-oriented, dependable, and dedicated to efficiency and transparency. Hope is enthusiastic about contributing to meaningful programs and organizational sustainability. Outside of work, Hope enjoys spending time with her family, exploring different cultures, and learning new languages, all of which reflect Her belief in continuous learning and positive change.
