Jason BAKUNDUKIZE, PMP®

Jason is our Chief Programs Officer (CPO) with over nine years of experience in project and program management. He holds the highly regarded PMP®️ certification and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), further strengthening his strategic leadership and organizational management capabilities. He has a proven track record of leading projects with significant national and regional impact.

Prior to joining ACREOL Global, he made substantial contributions to initiatives focused on women and youth empowerment, the prevention of gender-based violence, and the implementation of international frameworks, including UNSCR 1325, UNSCR 2250 and CEDAW at both national and regional levels. He has successfully managed multiple donor-funded projects supported by partners such as UNDP, USAID, GNWP, etc.

Jason is also a recipient of a non-clinical fellowship from the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC) at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre (PMCC) in Toronto, Canada. During his observership, he developed advanced expertise in monitoring and evaluation within palliative care programs, including assessing psychosocial interventions and strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration to support comprehensive patient care through enhanced communication and engagement of diverse stakeholders.
